Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of seeds as a product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns, please email us at barb@windfallflowers.com and we will be happy to help you.
Refund Requests
If you have concerns about your seeds, please contact us at barb@windfallflowers.com and we will be happy to help troubleshoot.
Before contacting us, make sure that: (1) you have followed our growing advice (2) you understand that our seeds are from an in-progress breeding program and will not be uniform or predictable in colour and form, and (3) you understand that factors out of our control (such as pests, extreme weather, and soil conditions) can affect your success with seeds.
If you are still unsatisfied after trouble-shooting with us, we will work with you to find a solution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 30 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
